Authorities in Tulsa released more information about the death of a man last month. Officials say 70-year-old Curtis Kelsey was working on a broken-down car on the shoulder of I-244 near Mingo Road when he was hit by a pickup truck that didn't move out of the way. Kelsey died in a hospital ten days after the crash. Investigators believe the driver of the truck was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the wreck.
