Tulsa's Oktoberfest celebration has been voted the best Oktoberfest in the U-S. That's according to USA Today.. The festival started in 1979. It's inspired by the original Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, and is held at River West Festival Park. Tulsa's Oktoberfest includes international and local German bands, Bavarian foods, arts, crafts, games and children's activities. This year's Tulsa Oktoberfest is October 17th through 20th.
