A man is now arrested after a wreck that killed a man standing in the median of a southeast Tulsa street. The crash happened Tuesday near 71st and Yale. 28-year-old Nicholas Stewart was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a count of negligent homicide. Police say Stewart's vehicle ran a red light and collided with another car, sending Stewart's car over the median. His car struck two men, including the man who died, as they solicited donations for a ministry. The other man was hospitalized in critical condition.
